Animation Training Resource

This safeguarding training resource was developed by our Junior Board CADW. It was officially launched during National Safeguarding Week 2022, with support and attendance from the Children’s Commissioner for Wales. The resource is designed to be used as part of safeguarding training for practitioners. To download for your use or to insert into your own training resources please use the links below. 

A reflection on the Do's and Don'ts of Caring is an accompanying video created by Theo Delahaye, a young man who runs his own digital film company. Theo captured the reactions of group members when they viewed the resource for the first time at their annual residential event. Feedback from practitioners who have watched the animation encourages the animation and video to be used and viewed together where possible to get maximum impact.

A significantly shortened version is also available below, that at less than five minutes long is also suitable for meetings or inserting into existing training packages.
