Carmarthenshire County Council, in conjunction with partners of the Regional Safeguarding Board, have recently undertaken a Multi-Agency Professional Forum (MAPF) in respect of an incident which occurred at a local school in April 2024.
An independent reviewer was commissioned to undertake the MAPF, and it was agreed that the report would be published to share the learning identified.
The Mid and West Wales Safeguarding Board have therefore published the report on behalf of the agencies who have undertaken the MAPF.
